Scope of Work: ERSI was selected as the Prime contractor by Advanced Power (owner) and Bechtel (EPC contractor) for the R&D phase of the new Cricket Valley Energy Center in Dover Plains, NY. The 6-month, time critical schedule involved asbestos abatement, hazardous material removal, demolition of (20) structures totaling 300,000 sf, as well as remediation of contaminated soils.
